I do not know what model it is, but I've got an old saw, tried to rebuild carb, but not too successful.

It runs, but cuts out badly.

I just don't have the time anymore, not to mention I am out of the tree/wood business.

Yeah I'm thinking ignition issues too.

Now THAT's a "Frankensaw"

The D36 often came with a full wrap handle, but so did the 1-50.

Either the LH starter was added, or someone cobbed together parts from several saws. Look on the bottom for a model number stamped in the crankcase casting.

That looks just like the saw my grandfather had when I was a kid, I learned to cut with that thing, someone stole it out of the truck, great memories that picture brings back.
If I were in California I be right there to get it.
