Nine turns a day and ya got yourself a triaxle full! Pulp was almost as high as treelength this year up in Maine. We we gettin 90 bucks a cord treelength on the landin or 125 bucks treelength delivered. How is firewood market elsewhere?

Nice. I use my grandpa's John Deere MC Crawler. Slow as a slug but sure is convenient to have around.

Did you ever bust a cable? That's what I would worry about.

With that said, egads, one "twitch" is a lot of normal mostly by hand scrounging!

Never had a cable or a choker break. Back when I was cuttin' for the paper mills, the skiddah operator hooked up his own twitches. All the chopper did was drop and limb.
