Orlan, inside/outside boiler

Hi all:
we were at a show on the weekend and saw this boiler......
the GF thinks this would be better than an inside woodstove...............
does any of you have any input etc, on the setup and working of these units?

Eko makes a great product, but the design is very similar to others, i.e. Tarm, Econoburn, Wood Gun, etc.

AFAIK, it's definitely not meant to be installed outside, unless it's in a weather tight boiler shed.

Go to the forums at **********, specifically, the boiler room. There are several users that own Eko boilers and others I mentioned, some with custom designed and self built systems, that can answer pretty much any question you have about those units.

I also agree that eko makes a great product. If its gasifier is used properly, you will make almost no smoke and use a ton less wood than a conventional boiler.
