Poulan Pro 330 Adjustable Oiler

I know there are a few of us with a PP330. Does anyone know which way is more oil? I usually just run it in the middle because I'm not sure. More oil would be nice though! Thanks guys!

The owners manual only talks about thinning the oil for the automatic oiler.

If you got an adjustable oil pump,then turn counterclockwise to get more flow.

That's what I had thought, but when I got my MS361, I wasn't sure. The MS361 gets more oil when screwed in.

In freezing weather oil will thicken, making it necessary to thin the bar and chain oil with a small amount( 5 to 10%) of diesel fuel or kerosene. Some brands of oil have a winter grade that is already thinned. Bar and chain oil must be free flowing for adequate lubrication.
