Pragmatic band mill

I just picked up a band mill, it is green and the only name on it is Pragmatic and it is across the band saw blade cover it is approx. 10 years old.

It has a 20 hp Honda on it and the deck is solid and 20' long

Anyone out there have one like it or know anything about them?
I was told it was built out west my Amish??

I would love to find an owners manual for it, I can't find anything about them on the internet
