Rain

The last two months it rained almost every day, around here.
Everything is getting soaking wet ropes, saddles, gloves, ....
I`m just wondering does this steady wetness prematurely weaken the life of my ropes and saddles?

If there is any natural fibers it will, but the synthetics dont cause a problem. I do dry my wet ropes to keep them from molding though.

After a rain i will wash the mud out of them too.

Found a new problem working with Daver R., they have fine sand everywhere. seems like a real good thing for ropes.
