Well it gives ya an idea of what to do with all those old radial arm saws- in this case that looks to be a Makita 14" skil saw type unit mounted up there, I have seen them but never operated one. Sold for cutting large beams on site. And a built in step excerciser as well, neat. Variation of the old cross cut saws- belt drive, tractor powered units.
