Hopefully you didn't mean the .043 picco mini/lo-pro narrow kerf - as none of the picco/lo-pro 3/8 chain use the same rims as regular 3/8".
 
I once bought a Stihl chainsaw at a flea market that had a 3/8 bar and chain and a .325 sprocket. I wondered for a while why the chain ran so rough...

Funny stuff pops up on used saws - you never know before you inspected everything! ;)

3/8" picco/lopro on regular 3/8" sprocket usually sort of works btw, but it is about like using an extremely worn sprocket. The picco sprockets are larger than the regular 3/8 ones, to compensate for the lower chassis of the chain.
