It's with great regret that I have to tell you that our dear friend Fatguy, Nik Tesla, passed away suddenly today. He was a dear friend, the kindest man I ever knew!
Rest in Peace friend, may your eternity be filled with chains that never go dull, and tanks that never run dry. Way too young to be moving on from this world.
My hart has been ripped apart. Nik was the most gracious person I've ever had the pleasure of calling my brother. I have no words to describe how good of a friend and person he was, and I know everyone that has ever meet him feels exactly the same.
I got a call about this today, it truly sucks to know this happened. Brad I know that you, Andre, Mike and others were really close and my heart goes out to you guys as well as Marco and the rest of his family.
1st time I have been logged on here in quite a long time.. When I read this on FB I was at a loss for words for Nik's close friends and his family.. The friends I made here are still some of the best people I know.. Memory eternal my friend..
I haven't been on or posted in a long time, but saw the tribute video come up on youtube this morning. Rest in peace Nik. We never actually met, but interacted on the forums. I used to see him from time to time at the grocery store (you couldn't miss him). He will certainly be missed.
So sad to hear Nik has passed over the bar, we used to correspond often and he was on my Facebook feed back when I actually logged into that site. My condolences to his family and close friends.
I got to meet Nik at one of the gtg that Wiggs hosted. I enjoyed visiting with him. I am sure he will be missed by all his chainsaw buddies. Thanks for letting us know.
My condolences to his family and friends. I never got to meet him but it sounds like he was one of the great ones.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May the souls of the faithfuldeparted, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
So sad to hear, Although i had never had the pleasure to meet Nik we conversed a few times as he went
out of his way to make some parts for my Danarm saw. He was a stand up guy and very generous. He
treated me like a friend. My heart goes out to his family and all who were close to him.
Sad day for sure, when I got the news of Niks passing. Its often said that when describing someone, that they would do anything for anybody. I can say in Niks case that is true. He will be missed greatly. Here is a pic I will cherish. Me and Nik with our Poulan 4000's
