Any commercial operator in this neck of the woods (Australia) is usually required to provide a Job Site Risk Assessment and documented Safe Work Method Statement prior to getting the nod to proceed.
We've been assisting a number of operators in development of these and making them specific to their individual needs.
Thought that you guys might appreciate the attached example as a guide for development of your own....
While you may not currently be required to have such a thing, sooner or latter it'll happen and if anyone ever gets hurt and you have such a thing in place, it will represent a planned approach which should mean that you took the required precautions, thus mitigating your exposure.
