Here is the Shindy LT-20. Apparently a very early model, took it in to a long time dealer a while back and he said he'd never seen a gray one before.

Mentioned earlier that it has a leaky oil problem, also seems to not have much power, almost like the muffler is plugged or something.

Compression is 135, muffler cleaned as best as I could. Tuned and got it burbling pretty well, but seems to not do it all the time. Ordered the usual for it; fuel lines, seals, rings and such, but still need a front crank seal and will replace the torn muffler gasket. P/C still look good, just a little carboned up.

Give the plug and muffler a good cleaning, ran about 3/4 tank of 40-1 Tru-fuel through it and here is the plug and muffler afterward. The oil seems to be running between the muffler and gasket, so I cleaned the back of the muffler beforehand, but didn't help as can see below...

I'm wondering if it's weak spark or something, not sure what else it could be..
