Can anyone tell me if the ms241 will take a bar off ms260 .325 chain.

Different mount,

My feeble old mind may playing tricks on me but I believe:

MS241 uses a 3003 mount bar

MS260 uses a 3005 mount bar

If I'm wrong, distinctly possible, someone will be along shortly to show me the error of my ways.

This is correct. They cannot be interchanged.
