Stihl 028 av electric quick start

Hello every one Im new to the site and was hope for some help maybe. I have an old stihl chainsaw that isn't running, it's missing the chain and bar and the covers but everything for the engine is there. I was just wondering if anyone had any info on these chainsaws. I want to at least get the motor going the compression feels like its there when I pull the cord and it definitely has spark. I mostly just want to know about all the controls the normal function and possibly some technical info on the motor

I would recommend that you bring it to the nearest service center. Although I am aware about the hassle but it would be nice if it's the right person who is trying to fix your equipment. I do not normally fix things that is covered by warranty.
