Stihl 362 Overheated Today, Boiling Fuel?

Exact same boiling fuel happened on my 362. Was using it in early June to rip cut some ceder trunks in very hot weather. Was using some winter blend fuel so that's what I suspect.
 
Well looks like my 362 has a problem. Opened tank and noticed pressure buildup, and what appeared to be boiling fuel again. Further inspection revealed air bubbles coming from the tank vent. Touched fuel and it was not hot. Guess I need a new tank vent. Sure looks complicated to get to the tank vent.

Anyone with experience working on a 362 that can give any pointers on replacing a tank vent?
