Stihl Ms 311 exhaust muffler cracked

I have an Ms311 since 2012.
Not doing a huge amount of work with it but it's been vibrating the exhaust studs loose since day one. Kept tightening them up but then noticed the muffler all cracked so got a new one fitted last year. It hasnth came loose since but just noticed it cracked again today. Has anyone else had this problem with the ms311 or other model?

There is a new one piece welded muffler for the MS 311, 391 availible. The old one was a two piece item. The new muffler is reinforced in the mounting area and has part no. 1140 140 0657 (USA version) with spark arrester and mounting screws.

Edit: I`m screwed you are in Ireland. EU Version is 1140 140 0656.
