I needed a brake handle for a builder MS660. The offer two. I received the part# 1122 790 9102. They also make a 1122 790 9103. One of the two 660's I am going to keep for the long run. I know they make a handle for the full wrap and stock. Since I am going to keep one saw which handle should I put on the keeper and which one goes on the builder saw. I may or may not put a wrap on it.

I only have an 066 IPL, but the 9102 is shown for the Rescue and Arctic models.

By the look of the drawing, it appears to be a bit taller than the one for the standard model (P/N 9101) on the 066.

Stihl usually supplies a 1122 790 9101 chain brake handle. I'm surprised you did not receive that one instead. Not sure what "wrap" you are talking about. I don't wrap my 660 brake handles with anything. :confused2:

I was reading somewhere that if you want to put a 3/4 handlebar on it you had to change the brake handle cause it won't fit.

I can't remember which one i originally had, but it wouldn't work with the Wrap handle..
You can't pull the brake back to release the brake...it hits the handlebar
The one I have on my 066 that has a wrap handle on is a #1122 792 9104

If i remember correctly # 1122 790 9101 and 1122 790 9102 Will both work with a wrap handle
I think the 1122 790 9103 is the brake for the standard handle
