Is the 192t the same? I had to take the butterfly off and pull the whole shaft out. Then I lost the little detent spring and ball. It was a miracle I found those on the garage floor. Then I stripped the threads in the little shaft where the butterfly bolts to the shaft and had to retap for 6-32. What a disaster that turned into.

You have to remind yourself that they design their products with servicability in mind. Sometimes special tools make them easier and quicker.

If it's giant PIA, then you're probably doing it wrong....... "That's what She said" lol
