Stihl MS440 full-wrap conversion

Does anyone know if there is a part number for a kit to order all of these components together? Specifically, I am looking to wrap my 440, so I would need the 3/4 wrap handle, elbow connector, big clutch cover (with flap), 2 large felling spikes. I can order all of these parts separately but it would be very expensive to do it this way. I don't want to order the rescue kit, because it comes with all that stuff I don't need. Is there a kit to wrap a saw, or do I have to order all of the individual parts?
