I own a 510av and it works good but I think the bearings are going. I have a friend who will give me his ts 510 with a bad cylinder and piston.

will my 510av jug fit on the ts510?

Now. I can also get a free after market piston and cylinder from a ts760. will it work on the ts510?

Yes the 510 will interswap.

The 760 will BUT WILL require modification and youll need cylinder studs along with inlet manifold from a 760 aswell as retapping the threads for the cylinder bolts from 5mm to 6mm.

yep spot on. I assume your saw is an 051AV, not a 510AV? People sometimes mistakenly call an S10 a 510, very different beasts... There is an MS051 but no such thing as an MS510, just (was?) a TS510.

I forgot the ts part. its a ts510 av unless its a ts s10av. but I am pretty sure its a 5 and not an s. I was going to buy a s10 chainsaw and thought it was a 510 so i know what you mean there.

Ive got 4 051's an 075 and a 076 amongst others :D .Ive rebuilt 10 or so of them and tend to buy up bits and pieces relating to them but here in the uk there aren't to many.
The ts series where concrete/disc cutter saws not chainsaws but everythings interchangeable apart from the crank cases as the cutter version obviously doesn't require chain oil.
