Stud bolt/scrench nut problem

I attempted to loosen the bar nut and the whole stud came out and stripped the threads in the stud hole (which looks like plastic). ms193t. Am I screwed? No pun intended lol. The stud bolt and nut are still tight on the bar. And the threads on the stud do not look like machine threads.

Sounds like you need to replace the case or try some epoxy like JB WELD.

You guys will have to call on a guy or two here that currently works for Stihl, I no longer have access to the online site, and that saw is too new for my mediacat.

I am not sure if an oversize stud is available for that saw I am thinking there is and the part # is 0000 664 2415 , I will check for sure on monday when I go back to work

Thanks, everyone. I put the stud bolt in a vice and was able to unscrew the nut and get the bar off. I then put 4 pieces of wire from a a wire bristle brush in the stud hole 90° apart from each other and screwed the stud bolt back in and it’s holding like a champ.

That is right, use stud 0000 664 2415.
