stump grinder wheel supplier?

I'm doing some research for a woman I work with, apparently her father is in the process of building a PTO driven stump griner for a kubota tractor, and they are having difficutly locating a wheel/teeth for it, preferrably 12-14" diameter. Can anyone recommend a source for a wheel, preferrably in eastern ontario or canada?
