Hey All!
Anybody used the TCIA Business Management Guide on figuring your hourly rate?
It has been a test of stictuitiveness for sure and I've worked most of it out. But, it sometimes gets very, well, wierd.
I really be jazzed if any of you have used it also and would be willing to do some back and forth discussions on it.
"Gross Margin Percent" was introduced on page 18 and it definitely has me stumped.
I understand how they calculate it, but am not sure exactly why they want us to use it for figuring weekly sales.
Any thought on this in particular?
How about on the whole guide and any ways to do it simpler?
