You might change your mind after you run it, they are a hard saw to put down

I cut all pecker poles anymore, i wont lug that saw around for that

We have a huuuge job in august i may take it for a run on ..ill see

I hate cuttin firewood , but im sure when i help my friends out and **** ill run it.

I'm also pretty impressed with the 10 mm 044 Randy ported for me. Said it was his "new formula", works for me! I also expected it to be much harder to start w/o the C/R.

new formula, dunno if its got bridges, fingers or wormholes, don't care either, it's just a ripper! Much prefer it over the 441 Randy did for me, this one is a keeper

I think the two saws were tested on different days under different conditions. However, both were impressively stronger than the stock saw tested the same day. (Note: the #s from the stock saw did not stay the same)

Speaking of which, I have not seen any dyno runs for a while, what is up with that?

I would also love to see a dyno run of a ported 044, a hybrid, and a ported 046 on the same day. Would be very interesting. Hey, throw in a ported 441 too!
Corrections were made for weather in that thread on my 461.
