and new society , or generation does not want to work either , at my work place the last 6 guys they hired my daughter works harder and we the older folks have to carry their lazy a@@ around till we retire because human resourses protect them what a great place we live it huh could be worse i guess

Well said Doug! I think some men must think being married means you lose your rights.As a man,you need to establish groud rules early on with reguard to spendable income. My better half knows about my CAD,she also knows I love my modded dodge/cummins,skid steer,atvs,snowmobiles and tons of saws keep me out of the bar and casinos.Something so simple as cutting your own wood is theraputic to me and IMO keeps us happier in the end.She has her things I dont understand,or agree with,buys lots of little things I think are worthless,but she works hard,and I love her,and know its what she wants.If either of us buy beyond our means,thats a different issue,but mines well grounded,as am I,so far there hasnt been any issues. Dougs also correct about the housework helping. Trust me,its the best thing you can do,and you dont need to do a lot,just a few things,and she will notice it big time.
