Timber Harvest Question

I do tree work in Seattle. One of my customers has 4 or 5 90-100' doug fir trees in his yard but there is limited access by vehicle. This is really nice, straight marketable lumber. I won't do it because he does not want chunks dropped in his yard and I don't use a block and work alone. He just wants the trees out and is wondering if a company would do it for the lumber and no charge? Any ideas? Is he out of luck without paying top dollar?
