All I've ever used for ant problems is corn meal. Never tried it on red ants though.

After you dip them in corn meal, do you fry them? Doesn't seem like much of a solution, you still have to catch them one by one. :greenchainsaw:

Run into another nest of the things yesterday. The jury is still out from the Ag. Dept. on what I should get. They are some vicious critters. lol

Yep, deep fry is the best.

The way I heard it they eat the corn meal and it swells up inside them and it's lights out.

I don't know for sure what it does but, whenever I had a problem with them I put out the corn meal and they disappear.
