Torque Required on 390 Cylinder Install?

Hello,
After a long wait I finally came up with a 390 Piston and Cylinder for my old 290. It even has a decompression valve! whew hooo! I plan to install the cylinder this weekend. Is there any spec on how tight to torque the cylinder bolts. If not, how tight should I crank on these bolts?

11NM or 8 ft-lbs...
