I've never seen any Black Locust around here (Western Md & Eastern WV) with leaves like that, the bark looks kinda similar, but something about the shape of the trunk & the bark makes me think it's not BL. Just my .2
That's definitely thornless honey locust. The leaf pattern is a perfect match with what I have in my backyard. The bark isn't as furrowed as I would normally expect on a mature tree but the very elongated "x" pattern and the coloring are dead ringers. You can also see the tiny little shoots coming up off of the root system near the base.
Honey Locust that was planted. Probably a thornless has said above. Bark is slightly varied from what I call normal, BUT that could be a type of honey locust.
