What tool do I need to turn the H up a notch?

L & H are round-toped, don't seem to have slots or other to fit a screwdriver or wrench, that's why I ask. Also, they are recessed inside a black plastic "cover"; a long narrow tool is wanted, apparently. Anybody tune Jons?

The thread JPeterson09 mentions does have the correct part #(530035560). Current cost is listed at $3.63 here in states. I've noticed some dealers keeping them in stock. I got my carb adjuster tool from local husky dealer for $3.50. Also, sponsors here like Edge&Engine, Bailey's, CMS, etc. would probably have it.
