Urban and Community Wood

I am researching thoughts and attitudes about urban wood use. It would help greatly if you would weigh in on these two questions:

What do you currently do with the trees you take down?

What determines how you use the logs you collect? For example, condition, size, species, location…

This question might be better answered if you posted it in the Commercial Tree Care and Climbing thread. That's where most of the guys that do urban work hang out and there are some very experienced and knowledgeable people there. You'll find it at the top of the page in the main index.

This section is mainly for loggers...and we're usually working a long way from urban areas.
