This saw had 4-5 tanks ran through it before the oiler locked up and melted the pinion gear.no damage just stripped it.some of the fasteners are a little rusty.the saw never saw rain.it was stored in a barn since 05.
I've derusted and painted the muffler, rebuilt carb, ditched limiters, intake update with the metal clamp, new 18" .325 .050 bar and stihl chain.bar has some letter smearing from the lowes shelf.
it does have a few scratches.just from being moved around.as you can see there isn't any melty spots on the tank (has factory heat sheild) or the front of the top cover.
saw runs perfect.this isn't one of the reconditioned models.it came off the dealer shelf just before they quit selling husky back in 05.it is an 04 model.non epa.the muffler is hollow.20151212_122141.jpg 20151212_122148.jpg 20151212_122211.jpg 20151212_122225.jpg 20151212_122234.jpg 20151212_122244.jpg 20151212_122545.jpg 20151212_122611.jpg 20151212_122844.jpg 20151212_122855.jpg
if the buyer wants i can pull it apart and install a flat top oem 353 piston out of my personal parts stash for extra.i can also delete the base gasket and add a muffler mod.
price $300+shipping.

going to Matt.priced rough ones for around $250-275.if i do install the flat top i'll go ahead and keep it and stick it here in the shop at my house for emergency use.
