Want this 090 to run for milling-Starts, runs, dies.

I bought an 090 (says made in west Germany), had it checked out- P&C look good, just had an oem carb put on, and it will start run and die. I have it at a stihl trained tech and he wants to tap out. He said that he has tried to get it running properly and it starts, runs, dies, and apparently it is not easy to start for another few days. Is there someone on here that is good with these saws? I am wanting to use as a milling saw if that helps as to how I would like to run it. Would like to find someone that is VERY familiar with these saws to possibly get it to where I need it. Local sawshop has lost it's knowledgeable people and Colorado doesn't see many of these saws. Thanks!
