what does strato saw mean

Like them or not, looks like they may be around for a while.
I like cams and valves in autos & tractors, but don't like heavy complex saws.

And it works well. Smooth running and tons of torque.
 
thanks for all of that info so the next question is what chainsaw to buy a stihl ms 390 or a stihl ms 391

the 391 must have more torque but 0.1 kw less
or another way to put it old vs new

Is this what husqvarna chainsaws are??? x torq

Your right I haven't, I was only mucking around as there has been alot of misconception with the strato's.
If the strato has a little more poke then it has the right to carry a little more pork!

And yes they can port well as proven here previously.
