what kind of loppers with yellow handles; can't read

We bought this telescoping loppers quite awhile ago at a liquidation sale. It has yellow handles, but the brand is so faded I can't read it. I need to get the blade replaced and don't know who to contact for a new one.
It looks like it starts with Sm, but I could be wrong in reading the faded sign.
Would anyone have suggestions as to what brand it is based on the color. i.e. Fiscars are always an orange color. Thanks in advance

I've got some yellow ones (not telescoping) that are from Sears. Seems like i've seen yellow handle ones in a lot of local hardware stores too. I don't recall the name on them.
