I think 5 years ago is about right. I bought my 360 Pro new in January of 2004. I remember that a few months later the 361s were on the shelf.

thanks guys, but does anyone have any specific dates? from ipls/tech notes etc...

someone i think is fairly trustworthy thinks he baught his in 2001, and i'm sure ive seen one dated 2003...

mine was bought brand new several months after being released.

and im positive it wasnt in 2001.

I believe it was late 2003, for the 2004 season - I recall waiting a year or so before I had read enough rewiews to take my chance on one - never regretted that.....

I don't know exact dates, but they made the 036 from about 95' until early 2000's, then the MS360 was only made for a couple years, then introduced the MS 361.
