Finally got the saws out for a run today and the dog,i think this is a spotted gum which will be firewood next winter.

Dont know the BTU on this has anybody got a BTU for ossy woods ?.

Looks like a hybrid between beech (bark) and locust (heart). Bet it burns good.

The bar on the 441 is an GB Titanium 18'' with a Carlton chisel chain 3/8 .063 and i use a 8 rim sprocket.
