Any ideas what types of wood this is....maybe red maple and something else?
Plenty more pickup truck loads to come.....all FREE from a friend!

Hope the attached pictures help......sorry if the pictures are huge.....not sure how to fix the sizing.

Hard to tell how many differents trees as there are multiple piles everywhere.....I know there are atleast 2 different woods here.....not sure about 3? Sorry, Im clueless when it comes this stuff.....still learning....thanks!

Actually, there's definitely red maple there (the rounds with the dark stars) ... it may all be maple.

Despite all the guessing, it looks like white ash or white oak.
Too bad there's no leaf to tell for sure. If you split some and look at the grain close it should tell you better.
Get a good book on trees of North America (a good field guide for trees or Peterson's Field Guide).
It's immeasurable when studying or identifying plants and trees.
