so as some of a ya know, I'm just a logger, but I werk near houses often...
anyhow, I got talked into falling and yarding some timber on a tree removal project, they had a "tree surgeon" come out and climb a bunch as well as fall most everything before I got ther...
Is it standard practice for tree services to just slam everything into a jumbled mess? cut nipple high stumps, and after I cut limbed and bucked the better part of a load on day 4 this numb nuts slammed a monster D Fir across every thing, breaking up the best tree on the job into useless trash, even though I had left him a corridor to go through?
keep in mind I'm yarding this stuff with a self loader, and I had tried to get at least my trees lined up to make the job easier... this dildo took 3 hours to climb 40' hang a rope... another 1.5 hrs to sharpen his chain, borrowed my wedges, and still took nearly 45 minutes to actually fall this tree.... across the whole damned works
ok rant over
