This, he needs to know someone is screwing up. I think you should tell th guy in charge in private. Not in a mad way. Just a hey friend you may have a issue. Those are my best customers at my day job. Sometimes that kinda tip Is worth more than all the profit you’d make off a customer. I take the best care of those customers.

Kinda reminds me of a guy on anotherform that revived a thread 3 times over the course of a year. Amazingly he had the same opinion each time.
