Makita EA4300f carb swap

Recently found an EA4300f. Runs well but I'd like to gut the CC and replace the carb with one that has an adjustable H/L Not sure which one to look for though. I've come across the Zama c1q dm23 or Walbro wte 6-1, which I think the Zama replaces directly. Perhaps those of you who have made this swap can point me in the right direction? Thanks all.

An EA4300 is the same as a Dolly PS-420 and that saw comes with a WTE-6

You can adjust the carb with a double d adjustment tool that can be had on amazon

As above, mine is adjustable with a DD tool. AU market saw.
