    Electric log splitter

While they can be can convenient if you are splitting a small amount of straight grained wood, just be aware that they are very slow. Also, if you are burning ALOT of wood thru the winter season it will be tough to keep up.

    TSC hydraulic fluid ?

Its time to change the hydraulic fluid and filter on my Brave 22 ton. Anybody out there use Tractor Supply's Travellers Universal Hydraulic Fluid in their splitters? Usually goes on sale this time of year, but I don't want to use it if its subpar.

Need tecno help with router,(internet kind)

Each of the Meshforce blocks need to plug into an outlet for power. And if your renting your current router (as I was) from your cable co. you can return...

Need tecno help with router,(internet kind)

Get the 3 pack of Meshforce whole home wifi system for $169. on Amazon. I was having a similar problem getting my wifi thru brick walls and to an outbuilding on my property. Setup was simple and it works great.

    Tree ID help

Got a lot of these pines growing in my wood lot, every now and then one will blow down. I'm curious if its worth my time to C/S/S them for burning, or if I should just keep pushing them off to the side. I usually burn hardwoods as the EAB has providing me with plenty of ash.

    I am one stupid idiot.

Mistakes always seem to happen when your in a hurry. A few years back I was in a hurry to get out to the woods before the rain came, put the saw chain on backwards. Not my finest moment.

    A Hard Split

Looks like elm, great to burn-not fun to split.

    I got the boot

Worst thing about horizontal for a tall guy like myself, the constant stooping over it while splitting. Been spending more time splitting vertical last few years.

My first fire of the season.

My first was 2 days ago to take the chill off. A little shoulder birch and all was toasty.
