Three more free Saws to the pile

I know a lot of good people from my 70 years on this rock. I haven't bought a saw in over a year, but they just keep coming. So, I hope to get these running in the future.

Well I agree it is the right thread, but not for what I was posting.

    McCulloch Chain Saws

I haven't been here in months. Summertime is not a good chainsaw time for me also my wife, son and I are building a new shop. I figured someone here would enjoy this.

My wife was like, you did what? I really didn't need it. I believe I was destined to have it by a higher power. I will have it until I die. It's special to no other hack but me. I will be thinking of two passed on friends each time I use it.

Let the firewood fall on the pile.

I have another one that was wrecked when I got it. They put the piston in backwards and the exhaust caught a ring. I have the parts, just need the time.

Let the firewood fall on the pile.

I agree totally Brett. I've been cutting nearly 50 years. Most of the hoots giving free advice don't have a clue. A sharp chain and a well running saw are great fun for me.

Let the firewood fall on the pile.

More fun and it takes away a lot of the backbreaking work Bill.

Let the firewood fall on the pile.

This was the most fun cutting I've done in a while. I skipped several steps doing it this way.

Yes, that's good Vinny. I was looking for that rubber boot and I was surprised to find the second tank. The tank on the right is busted around the manual oiler button. So maybe the other tank replaced it. I haven't seen anything else to suggest two DE80's yet.

Thanks Mark It will be a future project. Lots going on here now besides chainsaws. Clint

I didn't know what the tank on the left was for until I asked Vinny. Now if I can just find the rest of it.

Most of the loggers I've known didn't like dogs for whatever reason.

I use ink pen springs cut to length with good success. I can't help it. I'm a country boy.

All that I have replaced are in the fuel cap with a spring to hold the duckbill in place. Both are held in by a brass plug with a hole in it so the duckbill can breath. If you need a fuel cap, PM me I'll send you one.
