Well.... I’m confused as heck now. Got the new bearing today on the clutch side. Looking closely it appears the original bearing (internal part ) is seized on the shaft. And I cannot get it off. Does this look normal to you guys? When I took the saw apart I noticed the balls And outer bearing...

So I popped out the crank today to change the seals... I noticed the bearing on the clutch side was completely open. The balls fell out on the ground. I looked at the bearing on the flywheel side and it seems to be sealed and also seems to have a metal inner ring in it... I cannot for the life...

Have you tried vacuum testing your lines? My 562 got extremely squirrelly when I had a fuel line that needed changing. The auto tune can’t manage the file stream. Just a thought.

Bar on and off. Will it do it if the chain break is on ? Sounds like it’s starving for fuel. When the bar and chain are in there is additional load added to the scenario.

Just noticed today the thread hole on the top wrap bar on the cylinder are fubarred... on my 562 .... I attached a photo. The bolt threads in but doesn’t tighten up snug. It just gets tight and then keeps spinning. While cutting today it came out. Can I use a helicoil for this? Or is it caste...
