Mine seems to be having the same issue. I just ordered some new blades from woodmizer, I hope this helps my problem. Have you figured out anything with yours?

    Want to Sell 790 mcculloch

I have a 790 I would like to trade for a clone 200t from farmertec. It is missing the air filter cover, and the hold down bracket for filter and cover. I just put in new gasket kit in the flat back carb. Saw fires on 1 pull with prime. Pretty sure bar and chain are original to saw. Any questions...

    Mcculloch 790

Primer seems in good condition for time being. Think it was gust the needle sticking open had to adjust spring and holding key

    Mcculloch 790

Would like to have a few opinions of this beast. Had to rebuild the flat back carb, and tweak the needle in carb so it stays running without flooding. Also may be looking for the air filter and cover plus the crossbar that hold both in place. As I have lost mine since saw was in storage.
