    For what it’s worth, I think every land owner out to have one shorter solid hard nose. An inexpensive laminate serves 99% of my needs, but the solid bar is for big cluster fudges.

    Did somebody paint the model 41? I have a Baird-Poulan 361 Bow Saw I inherited from an old guy that’s very similar to that Poulan Manufacturing Beauty but it’s green. Anyway, sweet find.

    Craftsman Poulan 3.7 saws

    I’m with you on a heavier saw. Granted, I’m not lugging it through the woods to make a living, but the Louisiana-made, metal body Poulans are my favorite.
