    Mastermind meets the Dolmar 7900

Tough for me to answer this question. It has been over 4 years since I ran a stock 7900. Back then I compared the 7900 to a 460 but felt better mainly due to the anti vibe I guess. This one only had 140psi when I got it so it needed help in my opinion. I have never checked compression since...

    Mastermind meets the Dolmar 7900

Old thread new info: I have cut a lot of wood with this saw which was ported by Randy. It has the slab piston in it. I have always run it with an 8 pin and 24 inch bar. I just like the feel of the 8 pin with the 24 inch, personal preference I guess. I tried it with a 32 inch bar with skip...

Lock down your stuff.....if you want to keep it.

I understand the family issue. I came home from work and answered a call from mother who told me the farm shop was borken into which a couple of miles from her house next to my 90 year old grandmother's house. They broke the lock placed all the chainsaws, polesaws and generator outside. Took...

    The official W.Ky Buildoff Poll

My buddies got into them in Fancy Farm this weekend at my farm. I was killing trees with a bush hog from sun up to sun down. But I did manage to drop a few to make room for equipment. Boy was it warm for smoke pole season.

    The official W.Ky Buildoff Poll

I can give you guys and idea of how long it will take in East TN. From Loudon just south of Knoxville to Murray takes me about 4.5 hours. Just came from West Ky this weekend again which makes my 8th trip since August. Only a few more to go. When time gets closer if I can go I don't mind...

    Hey Sawtroll.....

After running the stop watch Saturday I am leaning to 3/8s as well. I could not believe what was going on, however reading this thread helps. We must have timed the 346s twenty times. I really wanted to see the clutch changed on all the saws, just did not happen and would have proven once and...
