The 3510 weights 8.2 lbs. The ms251 weights 11.0. I like lighter saws for limbing.

I own a 352, 3510, and 400. The 400 has sat on the shelf for more than a year.

What plugged the screen? If metal probably the pump is bad. If rubber it could be the seal on the piston.

They have different part numbers. A556001880 for 3510. A556000543 for 352. What are you trying to do?

I just saw this. The evl series of echo chainsaws are notorious for the coil going bad. You may have a bad coil.

Both nice saws. I pick up both used off marketplace. The 490 for $80 and 3510 for 50.

Yep been running 87 pump gas for 15 years. Never had a problem.

If your looking for a lighter saw the 3510 is almost 2lbs lighter than a 400. I picked up a 3510 for $50 this summer but haven't cut any wood yet. It feels a lot lighter than a 400. My favorite small echo is the 2511p but it's $400-450.

Yep. Break out the pea shooter tube inside the muffler and open the exit. They have a very wide powerband. Lots of mid range torque and scream on top.

After pulling the limiter I cut the tabs off with a sharp knife.

My qv 8000 has the d handle. Much easier starting.
