Another tool to help with firewood. High Lift Jack

Have had one since the 90's. Spray the pins with wd40 or similar when needed. Be careful. Gets tippy and unstable at height. Don't let go of handle when lowering until you understand it. Excellent tool.

Did not read your post in full, but I will never use ebay again. I was ripped off for 30 bucks over a cv boot and ended up cancelling a credit card I had for over 20 yrs. Never a late payment. Ebay is **** scam.

Leatherman rebar is my handiest tool. Don't know how I made it most of my life without one. Use it multiple times daily.

    What’s your handiest tool?

Get that stick welder hooked up and learn to use it. 6013 rod is easy to start with, 7018 is what is used the most. I don't think you should get a wire feed mig until you know how to weld. I considered an index point that could also be used as a "catch" for your hand to lift heavier stuff after you stick it, but didn't add it. Nice thing about metal, easier to add to than wood is

The thought of selling them did cross my mind. I would have to charge more than I think people would pay to make it worthwhile to me... and I don't need any more projects, lol. Just out of curiousity, what would you guys pay for one of these?
