Why would you want or need to put it on a tall pole? The signal is coming from space. Mounting it on a pole is not getting it any closer to the satellite.

I use a hemostat to pinch off the fuel line. Seems to work just fine.

The problem I'm having is where they are located. They are located in a difficult spot and I am trying not to damage the house trying to get to where they are.

I thought I got them all, but apparently I missed some because they are back. It's to hot right now and they are to active. I'm gonna wait till fall when the temps get lower and they can't move very well.

fields_mj Yes, a 261 will cut a 36" log with a 20" bar (not a 40", you loose a little from the dawgs), but it's painfully slow. It works if you're limited to a 50cc saw, but if you do it very often you soon get tired of it. I disagree. Here are some rounds that are 44" that I cut with my 261C...

Get the saw first, then run it, as a stock saw first. Then and only then should you start to consider buying accessories for it. Don't be so eager to spend your money. Spend your money on safety gear first. Besides, new chains, files, bar oil and two stroke oil, gas, gloves, hard hat, plastic...

Your not a pro, at least not at your age. The 261c is plenty good for bucking wood and taking down some pretty good sized trees. I buck 40'' trees all the time with mine. Remember, your not in a race, your just bucking firewood. That saw with a 20'' bar is plenty saw for what your doing. I will...

The stock saw dogs are plenty good for that saw. It will bog down if you put to much pressure on it anyways.

I have a 261C pulling a 20'' bar and chain and I prefer it over my MS362 and my MS290 for bucking logs up to and including 40" logs. I have not had a single issue with it. In my opinion it's a great saw.

My 261c is my favorite saw and my go to saw over my other carb saws. Good fuel economy, easy start, no adjusting the fuel screws. It just starts easy all the time and always runs great.

Found this guy hiding under some lumber. Not sure what it is. This is one I don't see around here. Colored like a water moccasin but it's head doesn't look right. He was 36'' long. Thanks in advance.
