I have assorted hex and hex socket head metric fasteners for my dirtbikes and I’m starting another assortment for my chainsaws. I purchased metric machine screws for the starter covers, top covers, what ever screws I need to have instock. They offer very fast shipping.

The only metric hardware I have a hard time getting in the States is the metric 7 mm. On the bikes when a 6 mm exhaust bolt snaps I was drilling it out and retapping it 7 mm at first. Now I have metric heli coils in every size. I did like using the 7 mm bolts. I never put inch fasteners inplace of metric fasteners. The very first thing I did on the used older dirtbikes was to change all the inch fasteners to metric fasteners. Mainly twin shock and fender bolts. I hate using inch wrenches on metric dirtbikes.
